Eating right, and exercising are the obvious go-to fat busters, but what many people don’t know is that not getting enough sleep could affect a hormone called ghrelin, known to affect appetite and weight.
Here are a few sleep tips to help you sleep your way into healthy:
- Don’t have a big meal right before crawling into bed- but don’t go to bed hungry either!
- Exercise regularly, but not right before bed.
- Avoid caffeine.
- Don’t nap during the day.
- Create a comfortable sleep environment.
